Discover Numbers
Children explore numbers through games, visual activities and hands-on tasks. We work on counting, comparing quantities, recognizing patterns and shapes, sorting and sequencing, and introduce simple logic and problem-solving.
Focus: Building number sense, curiosity and confidence through interactive learning.

SENIOR KINDERGARTEN
Build Strong Foundations
Children strengthen number sense and begin working with addition and subtraction, number combinations, patterns, measurement and simple word problems. Logic challenges and Smartboard activities help them learn to explain how they found an answer — not simply memorize it.
Focus: Building strong foundations for a confident start in Grade 1.

Understand How Math Works
Students develop fluency with addition and subtraction, explore place value, number relationships, measurement and early geometry. We introduce mental-math strategies, word problems and logic challenges that encourage children to find more than one way to solve a problem.
Focus: Understanding the why behind math, not just memorizing answers.

GRADE 2
Build Strategies, Not Just Answers
Students strengthen addition and subtraction strategies, work with larger numbers and place value, and begin exploring multiplication through patterns and number relationships. Word problems, logic tasks and interactive challenges develop flexible mathematical thinking.
Focus: Choosing strategies, solving problems independently and building confidence with numbers.

GRADE 3
Think Beyond the Textbook
Students build fluency with multiplication and division, develop an understanding of fractions, strengthen mental math and work with geometry, measurement and multi-step word problems. Logic and problem-solving challenges encourage them to analyze, reason and explain their solutions.
Preparation for EQAO assessments.
Focus: Strengthening school math while developing deeper mathematical thinking.

GRADE 4
Ready for Bigger Challenges
Students work with more complex multiplication and division, fractions and decimals, measurement, geometry and multi-step problems. They learn to break challenging tasks into smaller steps, select effective strategies and justify their reasoning.
Focus: Building independence, mathematical reasoning and confidence with more challenging concepts.
